About the role:

The CAMO Technical Services Engineer is responsible for managing the Aircraft Maintenance Program, ensuring reliability, overseeing the Extended Range Operations (ETOPS/EDTO), and handling warranties. Reporting to the Director of Airworthiness, this role is critical in maintaining the airworthiness and operational efficiency of our fleet.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Aircraft Maintenance Program: Develop, review, and update the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manufacturer recommendations.

  • Reliability: Monitor and analyse aircraft reliability data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve fleet performance.

  • Extended Range Operations (ETOPS/EDTO): Oversee ETOPS/EDTO compliance, including the development and maintenance of ETOPS/EDTO manuals, procedures, and training programs.

  • Warranties: Manage warranty claims and ensure timely resolution of issues with manufacturers and suppliers.

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the maintenance team and other departments as needed.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant aviation regulations and standards.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, reliability reports, and warranty claims.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

About you:

As a CAMO Technical Service Engineer, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

    Boeing 737NG Type Rating course or Boeing 737NG GenFam course completion.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance engineering, with a focus on CAMO activities and duties listed in responsibilities above.

  • Skills:

      • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA), such as Part-145, Part-21, Part-CAMO.

About the role:

We are seeking to recruit a Production Planner to provide development, scoping, and implementation of effective production planning. The key areas of responsibility are to supervise and contribute to the formulation and timing of airframe maintenance visits alongside monitoring production performance. The ideal candidate will work closely and successfully with the forward planning CAMO, Material and Production team members on short to medium planning tasks, whilst under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance and the MOE.

This role reports to the Director of Maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the DOM and the MOE, the Production Planner will:

·       Provide development, scoping, implementation of effective production planning.

·       Ensure compliance with regulatory/legislative requirements.

·       Actively ensure the safety and security of systems, and procedures engaged in or associated with own area of responsibility or otherwise under own control or influence.

·       Manage internal relationship with production staff and forward planning CAMO.

·       Work Closely with the forward planning CAMO and the Materials team on short to medium planning tasks so to reduce cost of maintenance to Texel Air.

·       Provide guidance and coaching to employees and reinforce high standards with regard to performance, safety, and regulatory paperwork standards.
